Brun came from a member of the public who could no longer afford to keep him. He suffered a very nasty tendon injury and although had been rested for a considerable time his future was uncertain in regards to soundness. His personality was superb and in our experience it seams that the Danehill progeny are all of lovely characters.
We found him a home locally who did all the correct gentle exercise with fitness hoping that he would remain sound enough to be a pleasure horse. Sadly 6 months down the line the tendon did not hold up even to gentle exercise and it was a very unlikely that he would ever become sound again. So it was a hard decision to have him put out of his pain.
